Consult clients to understand travel preferences, budget, and timelines

Design customized domestic and international travel itineraries

Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, transfers, and activities

Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and ground operators

Assist customers with visa requirements and documentation

Manage pre-travel and post-booking queries professionally

Ensure smooth end-to-end travel experience for clients

Maintain accurate booking records and follow up on payments

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or any related field

• Certification in travel & tourism is an added advantage

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in travel planning or tour operations

Experience in domestic and/or international bookings is mandatory

Prior work with travel agencies, tour operators, or DMCs preferred

Freshers only if they have completed a certified travel & tourism course with internship

Strong communication and customer-handling skills

Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred)

Familiarity with international destinations and visa processes

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple bookings

Basic computer and CRM knowledge

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
