• Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers
• Ensure work execution as per drawings and specifications
• Maintain site reports, progress updates, and quality checks
• Ensure safety norms and compliance at the site
• Resolve on-site technical and execution issues
• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
• Basic understanding of construction methods and materials
• Ability to read drawings and BOQs
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction projects
Hands-on experience in site execution / supervision
Ability to read drawings and specifications
Experience coordinating with contractors and vendors
Prior work on residential or commercial projects preferred
Strong communication and coordination skills
Willingness to work on-site and handle deadlines
Basic knowledge of safety standards
Team-oriented and problem-solving mindset
Ready to travel to project locations if required
₹3,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum
