• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in hotel housekeeping operations

• Prior experience in a supervisory or senior housekeeping role preferred

• Strong understanding of cleanliness standards, hygiene protocols, and room presentation

• Ability to manage daily housekeeping schedules and staff coordination

• Physically fit and comfortable with active, on-ground supervision

• Basic communication skills in English or Hindi

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Team-oriented attitude with a sense of responsibility and accountability

Diploma or certification in Hotel Management or Housekeeping preferred

Candidates with strong on-ground experience will be considered without formal education
