UrbanNest Interiors

UrbanNest Interiors is a curated interior project for a residential developer seeking a repeatable, premium apartment concept. We structured the interiors around clear functional zones  social, service, and private  using a restrained material palette of warm timbers, neutral stone, and matte metal accents. Lighting design was treated as an architectural layer, integrating ambient, task, and accent lighting to support various uses of space. We simplified joinery details so the scheme could be implemented at scale with consistent quality. The outcome is a livable, calm interior language that feels both aspirational and practical for everyday use. The layout was planned for smooth circulation, functional zoning, and visual balance. Materials, lighting, and spatial proportions were carefully selected to create a calm yet refined environment.
